🧠 Why do we keep saying yes when everything in our body is saying no?

That Zoom you didn’t want to take.
That trip you were too tired for.
That over-explained email you didn’t owe anyone.

I’ve done it. You’ve done it.

We keep doing too much—and calling it success.

But here’s what I’ve learned:

✨ Joy isn’t fluff. It’s strategy.

According to research from the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley, people who prioritize joy and positive emotions make more clear, values-aligned decisions and experience less burnout and more resilience.

So, what if joy isn’t a reward, but a roadmap?

What if your joy plan is the architecture for your yes—and your no?
📌 A joy plan can help you:
Define what you truly value
Set boundaries without guilt
Align your calendar with your purpose
We need to stop glorifying exhaustion.
And start honoring alignment.

This isn’t easy—but it’s essential.

Because the life that works for you begins where joy lives.

➡️ Ready to build your joy plan? Start with one question:

What brings you peace—and what pulls you away from it?
