Have you ever felt unstoppable?
Life is flowing. You are productive at work. Your relationships are full. You finally took that well-earned trip. Your mind and body feel strong.

And then… negativity finds its way in.

It might be a person who cannot understand you.
A workplace that does not value you.
A community that questions your right to exist.
Policies that strip away your humanity.

Some days, it feels like all of this hits at once.
Here is my question to you: Have you ever used joy to fight back?
Not joy as a quick feel-good moment. Joy as liberation. Joy as freedom-building. Joy as an anchor that helps you see your own strength and possibility.

Three ways to make joy your tool for survival:
1ļøāƒ£ Remember who you are and that joy is already inside you.
2ļøāƒ£ Call in your people. Your trusted circle can see you, understand you, and help you strategize for joy.
3ļøāƒ£ Plan for joy. Be intentional. Joystack your day with moments that lift you and keep you grounded.

Joy is not an escape from the hard stuff. Joy is how we survive the hard stuff.
