🚨 Fear is everywhere. The news. Social media. Even the spaces we turn to for relief are filled with urgency, fear-mongering, and overwhelm. It’s easy to feel powerless.

But here’s the truth: you are not powerless.

Now is the time to ground yourself in what you can control. Now is the time to build and sustain community.

✨ This is where your Joy Plan comes in. ✨

Ask yourself:

💡 What can I control right now?

💡 Who and what do I need around me to get through this moment?

Joy isn’t about ignoring reality. It’s about choosing how you engage with it. It’s about resistance, care, and survival. Let’s commit to joy—together. 💛
